In one of the earth's most bio-diverse environments, you will enjoy exotic and rare birds, howler monkeys, beautiful flowers and plants, surfing and boogie boarding, stargazing, kayaking, guided excursions, and of course, yoga, the main event! Lara's teachings will draw on the inspiration and diversity of this stunning environment, focusing on sequences that reflect and encompass the natural elements of earth, water, fire, air and space.

This is a perfect place to "dwell in our own true splendor" by stilling the waves of consciousness as Patanjali so poetically describes in the Yoga Sutras. Through the practice of yoga, we begin to discover that the more we let go, the more present we can be to what life has to offer. And there is much to offer on this retreat!

This 7-day yoga vacation includes:

2 daily yoga classes - an active class in the morning and a restorative afternoon class

Travel Information

Fly to San Jose on or before 2/22 where you will spend the night in a comfortable hotel (included in your fee).

Then on 2/23, we will fly as a group to Puerto Jimenez and then on to Carete where Luna Lodge is located. These internal flights are also included in your retreat fee.

Airfare to San Jose is NOT included and runs from $550-800 from NYC or LA. From Europe, it is about $1100 (US). Check the internet for deals.

Make your reservation to arrive in San Jose on or before 2/22 and to depart on or after 2 PM on 3/1.
